About this campaign
For the last five years I've been lucky enough to meet and work with refugee and asylum seeking families, creating spaces for them to play and spend time together in a safe space. The stories they have told me, and the warmth and humour they carry with them, have inspired me to take part in the Cardiff Half (my birth city) to bring vital help to people in urgent need of support.
