About this campaign

There’s a very personal reason why I’m running for Choose Love.
I’ve seen first-hand what conflict and displacement can mean for children and families. What stayed with me most was the children: their incredible courage, joy and spirit. Despite everything, they could still laugh, play and carry so much love.
It made me think about the things so many of us can take for granted: feeling safe, being with the people we love, having a home and having the freedom to grow up feeling secure.
Every child deserves those things.
The world needs love, and I want to do something small to bring more of it into the lives of others.
I’m currently dealing with significant pain in my leg and working with physio and osteopathy, but I’m determined to complete the Vitality London 10,000, even if I have to walk every metre.
My goal is £100, 1p for every metre.
So let’s see what we can do together. How much love can we put into the world?
